Official Rules & Regulations

This document contains all official rules and regulations of the PUBG/BGMI Tournament. By registering for the tournament, all players and teams agree to abide by these rules.

1. Team (Squad) Structure

Each squad must consist of 4 main players.

One (1) substitute player is allowed per squad.

No more than one substitute will be permitted under any circumstances.

Each squad must have one designated Squad Leader.

2. Responsibilities of the Squad Leader

The Squad Leader will be solely responsible for the following:

Submitting a unique squad name

Submitting a unique squad logo

Providing complete details of all players (main + substitute):

Player Name

In-Game Name

Player ID

Contact Number

Coordinating with the tournament organizers

Ensuring that all squad members strictly follow the tournament rules

3. Incomplete Squad Rule

Each match is expected to be played with 4 active players.

If any player is unavailable at match time due to:

Late arrival

Network issues

Device problems

Personal reasons

Any other cause

then the responsibility lies entirely with the Squad Leader.

The match will start at the scheduled time.

Only the players present at match time will be allowed to play.

The organizer will not:

Delay the match

Allow last-minute replacements

Reconduct the match

No refund will be provided in such cases.

4.Registration & Payment

Registration will be considered complete only when:

All squad details are properly submitted

Payment is completed through the official Google Form

Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tournament format and match schedule will be shared after successful registration.

5.Device & Equipment Rules

Only mobile devices (Android / iOS) are allowed.

Use of emulators is strictly prohibited.

Each player must bring:

Fully charged mobile phone

Charger or power bank

Earphones / headphones (mandatory)

All PUBG/BGMI maps must be downloaded in advance.

6.Practice Match

One practice match will be conducted within 10 days of registration.

Purpose of the practice match:

Understanding the rules

Familiarity with the tournament format

Learning the custom room system

7.Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy (Zero Tolerance)

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Use of hacks, mods, or scripts

Use of emulators

Any third-party applications

Glitch abuse or unfair advantage

iPad view or any form of exploit

If cheating is detected:

Immediate disqualification

Prize money cancellation

Permanent ban from future tournaments

8.Teaming & Collusion

All matches will be conducted in custom rooms.

Room ID and password will be shared before the match.

Late entry is not allowed.

Map, mode, and format will be decided by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to modify rules or schedule if required.

Teaming between different squads is not allowed.

Kill trading or pre-planned coordination will result in:

Disqualification of all involved squads

9.Match Rules & Organizer Authority

10.Network & Technical Issues

Internet, device, or battery issues are the player’s own responsibility.

Matches will not be restarted due to technical problems.

11.Venue Discipline & Property Damage

Discipline and proper behavior at the venue are mandatory.

Any fight, argument, or disturbance will not be tolerated.

Damage to venue or any public/private property is a serious violation.

In such cases:

Immediate disqualification

Fine may be imposed

Legal action may be taken

Permanent ban from future events

12.Code of Conduct

Players must respect organizers, staff, and other participants.

Abusive language or misconduct will result in strict action.

13.Results & Prize Distribution

Results will be declared after proper verification.

Screenshots or recordings may be requested from players.

Organizer’s decision will be final and binding.

14.Final Message

This tournament is organized to promote esports in Motihari. Your support is extremely important. With your participation and cooperation, we aim to organize bigger and more professional esports events in the future.
